At KS Profile, customer focus, quality and efficiency are key. As a family business with almost 50 years of experience, we produce high-quality steel profiles for various sectors such as trailer construction, greenhouse construction, solar solutions and construction. Our customized solutions are based on expertise, passion and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

We build long-term relationships with our customers through flexibility and reliability. We keep products in stock, handle logistics and take all your worries off your hands. Through automation and digitalization, we optimize our production processes and continuously improve our services and products. With 16 advanced profiling lines, including home-made machines and laser welding lines, we always deliver the desired result: efficient, effective and sustainable.

With our extensive knowledge of profiling technology and your industry, we can devise and produce the best and smartest solutions for you.

DESIGN

If you want a specific custom profile, you can submit its specifications to us in any file: CAD, .PDF, DWG, NC1, DXF, STEP or other formats.

ORDER

When ordering a standard profile, please provide one of our sales consultants with the specifications of the profile, including desired steel grade and possible post-treatment. You will receive a quotation from us as soon as possible, including expected delivery time. Upon approval, we will schedule your order and you will receive a guaranteed delivery date.

PURCHASING, PLANNING AND PRODUCTION

During the design process, we ensure that we purchase the right steel at the best price and receive it on time. In consultation with you, the planner also ensures that the production of the profiles can start on time. Once the profiling line is set up and the steel is delivered, we start the production process. Tailored to your wishes and requirements, we then package the profiles and make them ready for distribution.

TOOLS

To ensure the best quality for our customers, we manufacture our profiles using our own tools. These are manufactured by our sister company KS MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY. For standard sizes we use our universal tools. For specific requirements, we customize our tools especially for you.

DISTRIBUTION AND WAREHOUSING

Through our sister company KS Project Logistics, we ship your order in a timely manner to the address you provide, anywhere in the world. We can also hold profile stocks in storage until you need them for processing. Through QR codes, we make sure you keep track of shipments.

DELIVERY

Once your profiles are produced to the highest quality standards and precise length tolerances, we make sure they are delivered to you quickly and safely. We understand that time is a crucial factor in your project, which is why we optimize our logistics processes to ensure that you always get the materials you need on time. Whether it's a one-time delivery or a complex logistics schedule, we'll work with you to make the delivery process as efficient as possible.

REPEAT ORDER

Thanks to our well-documented manufacturing process and precise quality control, we can respond quickly to your repeat needs. Your specifications are carefully stored, allowing us to guarantee consistency with every order. This saves you time and makes the reorder process simple and reliable. Need changes or modifications?
